Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-4 business days.

Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days.
International Shipping

Standard International: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
KaijuKrossing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This applies to all international orders.
Damages
KaijuKrossing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, KaijuKrossing is no longer responsible for it. Please contact the carrier directly to report a lost or stolen package. We will do our best to assist you, but we are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or stolen orders.
Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
